Return & Refund Policy
REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
Important note: Do not discard the original packaging received with the shipping label and tracking code; it is essential that the customer presents the packaging to activate the product warranty.
Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. If you selected a product from our virtual store Quor Store but were not satisfied upon receiving it, or believe it has a manufacturing defect, we guarantee replacement or return in the following cases:
1.1. DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT:
Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date. The customer may request a refund or replacement by returning the received product.
1.2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date. In this case, the buyer is not entitled to a refund, only replacement of the defective product with the same model. For defects such as broken glass or screens, visible scratches, missing parts, the buyer may claim the warranty as long as they contact us within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the received package. If the customer contacts us after this period, the issue will be considered caused by misuse.
In both cases, please contact us by email first, and our team will guide you on how to return the product.
1.3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, the shipping fee paid will be credited as a voucher for future purchases (the return must be shipped via standard service; if the customer uses an express service, the voucher will match the standard rate). The next purchase must be of equal or greater value than the exchanged item for the customer to redeem the voucher.
RETURN DUE TO DISSATISFACTION
The product must show no signs of use. In the case of watches, they must not be detached from the strap and must be sent in their original packaging with proof of receipt (postal package with label). Otherwise, no refund or exchange will be made.
Once the package is received, we will conduct an inspection to verify it meets the return conditions. Upon confirmation, our support team will contact you so you can choose one of the following options:
2.1. REPLACEMENT WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN OUR WAREHOUSE.
2.2. REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT (IF RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY).
WARRANTY
To verify any issue, the customer must contact us exclusively via email. It is necessary to inform us of the problem, including the order number and a detailed description.
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. To activate it, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the defect, also showing the product's packaging (postal package with label). Alternatively, clear photos of the defect may be sent, ensuring the packaging is also visible. If the customer cannot provide visual evidence, they must send the product to our address for analysis.
NOTE: We do not offer technical support nor do we have official assistance. If you have any questions, contact our team and we will provide all the necessary help.
IMPORTANT
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damages occurring after purchase, such as cracked or broken screens.
4.1. THE WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT COVER:
Damage caused by liquids (e.g., if the product is dropped or submerged in water); although some products are water-resistant, they have limitations. Example: never expose the product to hot water or steam, as it may be damaged. Also excluded are damages caused by repair attempts, normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation from uric acid), improper accessory use, among others.
In the case of underwear (boxers, pants, socks), returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the items have been worn or tried on.
